How I cancel my subscription ?

7 Daily and monthly subscriptions are extended automatically, if the client does not terminate his subscription at least 72 hours prior to its expiration date. 3 months subscriptions are not extended automatically.

1. If you made payment via CCBill, open www.ccbill.com and by Consumer click on the red button CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION or send email to consumersupport@ccbill.com

2. If you made payment via Epoch, please go to www.epoch.com, full in the form your email and username, confirm it with clicking on FIND PURCHASE it and then click by ACTIONS on Cancel.

3. If you made payment via Click&Buy, log in to your account by Click&Buy and then click on button CANCEL (in the email from Clickandbuy, which you got as payment confirmation is directly link to canceling)

4. If you paid via SMS - Czech Republic, send text STOP to 90966

With canceling of the subscription you still have possibility enjoy your account till the end of the paid time.
